First Garden Harvest

May 11 was the first harvest for the Tyson Galloway Garden. The crop was super healthy. We harvested and delivered the following to the food pantry: 14 lbs of spring mix lettuce, 36 giant heads of Red Romaine, 36 giant heads of green romaine, 48 heads of Bok Choi & Toi Choi.
